Refund policy

We strive for excellence here and we will accept returns on components that may have slipped past our rigorous quality control standards, however. We will not issue refunds or returns on any items purchased due to fitment issues because of negligence on the customers behalf. 

warranty Coverage:

All parts manufactured or sold by STDP Custom CNC Plasma are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for 1 year from date of purchase 

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Replacement or repair of the defective part, at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Parts that have been modified, altered, or repaired outside of STDP Custom CNC Plasma.
• Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, corrosion, or environmental exposure.

Warranty Claims:

To make a claim, contact STDP Custom CNC Plasma with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a short description of how the part was used. If the defect is determined to be a result of a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
